The Baileys
Puppy elation comes in many forms; some wag, some wiggle, some smile, some roll onto their backs and others make a joyful noise! Daisy falls into the latter group and has the most memorable squeak of joy you can imagine. She can out-sing any puppy I’ve ever heard and could easily be the puppy choir director!
Daisy’s zest for life and affection for her friends has to be the result of her parental upbringing. Phil and Emily Bailey have brought her up well. After 20+ years of marriage the gentleness and grace with which they interact is something to admire.
Phil likes to deny Daisy’s “child like” status in their family, but she accompanies him to work most days, travels with he and Emily whenever they travel and gushing is a mild description of how he speaks of her. I’d say Daisy ranks pretty high with Phil and Emily There has been some recent chatter and “due diligence” about a possible addition to the Bailey family this holiday season. Of course we at Homeward Bound, have been gently supporting this for some time now.
Phil & Emily Bailey have it down to a science; lavish them with affection and they will return it 10-fold! and at the end of the day, a household full of love an adoration is all we really want isn’t it?
