The definition of exuberance is the act of joyful expression, and the Martin family radiates exuberance! Their smiles are given easily, kindness given to others unconsciously, and it is infectious! Even their two canine children Maggie and Livvy are filled with it.
After losing their 17 year old Shih-Tzu-Maltese, Hans, Bo and Donna were missing their “first child” and Madisyn was missing her “older brother”. And nothing helps a heart heal quite like a puppy, or in this case two! Maggie and Livvy were the last two pups left in the litter, and the Martins couldn’t choose between them. But more importantly they just couldn’t bear to split them up! These little ladies had some broken hearts to mend and big shoes to fill and by all accounts they’ve done just that. Donna gushes when she speaks of them and the twirly dance perfected by Maggie says the feeling is mutual!
Whether trailing the neighborhood with one of Homeward Bound’s, pet nannies or just snuggling, these ladies are little canine ambassadors for the Martin family, spreading their joy and most importantly their exuberance for life!
Happy birthday to Maggie and Livvy who turn 4 years old on January 16th. We are delighted to celebrate their birthday as well as thank the Martin family for sharing “their girls” with us!
